How To Make: Stress and Depression Relieving Tea

Stressed about something? Are you stressed about bad grades in the exam, office tension, school, hairfall or maybe your pet died? Then try this tea/drink, it will help you out. This tea/drink will work like a miracle for you and you will feel fresh after drinking it. This will help you control yourself and get rid of the depression.

Making Tea:



Things we need:


  1. Fresh Ginger 1/2 Inch piece
  2. Dried Chamomile Flowers 1 Teaspoon
  3.  Dried Raisins 7-9
  4. Lemon Juice 1/2 teaspoon
  5. Water 400 ML




  • Crush the Ginger with the help of rolling-pin.
  • Wash the Raisins and cut them into small pieces.



How to Make:


  • Boil 400 ML water in a pan/pot.
  • Add crushed Ginger and dried Chamomile flowers in the boiling water.
  • Let it steep for 10-15 minutes, we do it so their essence comes in the tea/drink.
  • Strain the tea out.
  • Add the Raisins in the tea.
  • Leave the Raisins in the tea for few minutes to soften it.
  • Now, crush the Raisins in the tea, to sweeten the tea.
  • Add Lemon Juice in the tea.
  • Stir it well.
  • Now, serve and enjoy.
