Almost everyone has seen beautiful Rose Flowers. But have you ever wondered what does else does it hold apart from its beauty? So, I was curious to know that there should be something else in this beautiful flower apart from its beauty. I found some amazing things about it. I am so happy to share it with all of you. So, prepare yourself to get SURPRISED!
Rose Flower:
The Rose (scientific name – Rosa Rugosa) is not just a flower to decorate places, give to someone or make your garden look beautiful.

Rose is a medicinal herb, and many herbal remedies can be extracted from it’s petals, roots, stem or leaves. It is very good for Skin and our Body.
Vitamins in Rose Petals and Stem:-
-Rose petals have an abundance of vitamin C, which helps to remove oxidant effects and supports the immune system.
-Rose stems contains all of B vitamins, including vitamin D, E and K.
Benefits of Rose petal tea:-
Rose petal tea not only detoxifies your body but also helps blood circulation, relieves pain and cure gastric disorders. We can say that Rose is really amazing. You can use fresh or maybe dried rose petals to make tea. Rose petal has a pleasing taste, and it really calms you.
For Rose Petals Tea:-
Things we need:
- Rose Petals
- Cloves
- Cardomon
- Water
- Honey (To sweeten)
How to make:
1.Pour a cup of water in a saucepan.
2.Add rose petals, cloves and cardamom.
3.Boil for 5-7 minutes.
4.Strain and pour in a cup.
5.Sweeten it with honey.
6.You can also experiment by adding a pinch of green tea.
Benefits of Rose Stem Tea:-
Rose stem is a natural multivitamin and cures vitamin deficiencies. Drink rose stem tea or just chew it (but after washing it), it will boost the immune system. Rose stem has anti-inflammatory properties, therefore it helps people suffering from knee and hip pain.
For Rose Stem Tea:-
Things we Need:
- Rose Petals
- Aniseed
- Cardomon
- Cloves
- Black pepper
- Sugar Syrup or Honey
- Water
- Ice Cubes
- Lemon Juice (Optional)
How to Make:
1. Grind rose petals, aniseed, cardamom, cloves and black pepper to make a puree.
2. Add puree and sugar syrup into the glass of water.
3. Stir and then strain the drink into another glass.
4. Add ice cubes.
5. You can also use carbonated water instead of plain water. If you are using carbonated water use one tablespoon of lemon juice, instead of clove, cardamom, black pepper and aniseed.

For Rosewater:
Things we Need:
- 1 Cup ofRose Petals (It is better to get Freash Rose Petals)
- Water
How to Make:
- Pull the petals of the flower.
- Take at least 1 Cup of Petals.
- Wash them properly.
- Place them into a saucepan and pour water in them. Make sure that the level water stays right above the petals.
- Cover the pan with a lid.
- Turn on the heat, make sure that the heat is Low.
- Leave it for sometime. Around 10-20 minutes.
- Remove them from the heat when the flowers look pale.
- Strain the rosewater using a strainer.
- Refrigerate the Rosewater. It should last a couple of days maybe a week.
