Today we are going to share an amazing Pizza Recipe with you. I just love Pizza and I can’t live without it. Anyhow, I am so happy that I am writing an article on Pizza. Also, if you don’t have an oven you can make Pizza with just your Non-Stick Frying Pan (Trust me I have tried it). So, let’s get started!!!!

First of all, this is Fajita Flavored Pizza. I am just mentioning the flavour because one should know what they are reading about……..

Chicken Fajita Pizza:



For the Dough:-

Yeast 1-1/2 Tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Warm water 1 cup
Flour 2 cup
1 egg
1 tbsp dry milk powder
2 tbsp oil
Salt 1 tsp

For Filling:

1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Chicken Breast cut into 2 x 1/2 inch strips
1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chili
1⁄2 teaspoon Salt (To taste)
1⁄2 teaspoon Garlic Paste
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
1 tsp Oregano Leaves
1 cup thinly Sliced Onion
1⁄2 cup Green Bell Pepper, strips
1⁄2 cup Red Bell Pepper, strips
pizza dough, for 12-inch pizza (you can use refrigerated pizza crust if you like)
1⁄2 cup Pizza Sauce
2 cups Cheese Cheddar and Mozzarella , shredded


1- Add Yeast, Sugar  and Warm Water in a bowl and cover it and keep it in a warm place for 20 minutes. Keep until in the warm place when the yeast become double.

2- Add 2 cup flour, 1 egg, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp dry milk powder, 1 tsp salt and yeast mixture and add warm water and make a sticky dough and knead dough until smooth. Keep its dough for 2 hours in the warm place and dough becomes double.


3- Marinate chicken with salt, red chilli crushed, lemon juice, chilli garlic sauce, oyster sauce, garlic paste, curry powder and mix it and leave it for 1 hours.


4- Then add the Marinated Chicken in the frying pan and add 1 tbsp oil and cook the chicken,
5-Sprinkle pizza pan with Semolina Flour and press dough into pan pre-bake dough until it is a very light golden brown, about 6 minutes at 200 C.

6 -Remove from oven and sprinkle 2 tbsp cheddar cheese, spread pizza sauce, vegetable and sprinkle Oregano Leaves over it, and finally, top with cheese.
7 -Bake for another 15 minutes at 180C until crust is golden brown.




1- All the steps are same apart from the Oven one. We are using Non-Stick Frying Pan instead of Oven. Ok so, Just grease your Non-Stick Frying Pan with Oil or Butter and place your dough over it and start adding all the stuff (By stuff I mean Chicken and Sauce etc).

2- Finally Add Cheese on top of it.

3- Now, put the pan on the stove/fire and cover it with something (Like maybe a metal plate. Anything that does not let the heat out). We have to contain the heat so it gets cooked from the inside.

4- It will only take 20-30 minutes to cook but again depends on the conditions and crust of the dough.
